We are looking for a Wireless Sales Representative to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Engage proactively with customers to understand their needs, suggest products or services, and drive sales.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to surpass individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to guide customers in their purchasing decisions.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and utilizing point-of-sale systems.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment to achieve shared objectives.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service and/or sales preferred, but not required; comprehensive paid training provided.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong customer relationships.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on providing effective solutions.
- Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively multitask.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
