Administrative Assistant
Job Details
Manage complex calendars and schedules, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents
Conduct research and gather information to support projects and initiatives
Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and confidentiality
Assist with project coordination and follow-up, ensuring deadlines are met
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity
Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and electronic
Provide general administrative support such as answering phones, managing email correspondence, and ordering supplies
Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
strong organizational and time management skills with great attention to detail
Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively in a deadline-driven environment
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
Resourceful problem solver with a proactive approach to tasks
Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
