Administrative Assistant


Job Details

  • Manage complex calendars and schedules, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents
  • Conduct research and gather information to support projects and initiatives
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and confidentiality
  • Assist with project coordination and follow-up, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity
  • Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and electronic
  • Provide general administrative support such as answering phones, managing email correspondence, and ordering supplies
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • strong organizational and time management skills with great attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively in a deadline-driven environment
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
  • Resourceful problem solver with a proactive approach to tasks
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
