Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies tailored to the FinTech sector
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles within the FinTech industry, including software developers, data analysts, and financial experts
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer acceptance
- Utilize creative sourcing techniques to build a strong pipeline of top FinTech talent
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruiting for the FinTech sector
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven work experience as a recruiter, preferably within the FinTech industry
- Strong understanding of FinTech concepts and terminology
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
