Sales Consultant - IT Solutions
We are looking to hire an enthusiastic and driven Sales Consultant to help build the foundation for our marketing group. This is a full-time Hybrid onsite/offsite sales consultant role located in Akron, OH. The person we are seeking will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering solutions, closing deals, and achieving sales goals. They will need work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction, and stay up-to-date with market trends and competitors.
Some of your duties would be to submit regular sales reports to management, informing potential and existing customers of product features and benefits. You should also be able to create as well as present persuasive sales proposals to customers to encourage sales and repeat business.
We are looking for someone who is persuasive and has excellent negotiation skills. An exceptional sales consultant should be able to demonstrate effective communication and customer service skills.

Outside Sales Representative Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or related field is preferred.
- Be able to collaborate and design an effective marketing approach for an IT company as described above. Including marketing materials with us.
- Proven outside sales experience.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of IT products and services, including software, hardware, networking, and cloud solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Motivated self-starter with a results-driven mindset.
