Delta Apparel, Inc., along with its operating subsidiaries, DTG2Go, LLC, Salt Life, LLC, and M.J. Soffe, LLC, is a vertically-integrated, international apparel company that designs, manufactures, sources, and markets a diverse portfolio of core activewear and lifestyle apparel products under the primary brands of Salt Life, COAST, Soffe, and Delta.

Delta Apparel Inc is seeking an **Inventory & Account Manager** to join our growing team in our Concord, NC, location. The Inventory & Account Manager will be responsible for all customer contact supporting Key Account Directors.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**

* Review unallocated inventory files by customer

* Work with sales, product development and operations to determine inventory status

* Execute and track inventory downgrade requests

* Work with the factory on month overrun reports

* Manage overall aged inventory performance and reporting

* Daily customer communication and issue resolution

* Work in concert with Account specific Operations Coordinators to insure all customer information is being updated / processed accurately and per customer guidelines

* Follow up with Key Account directors on all outstanding issues

* Review customer Open order Status reports and communicate to customers

* Review customer Inventory reports and communicate to customers

* Validate customer buy plans/forecasts and communicate with operations/planning

* Work with Operations Coordinator to ensure OR and IR inventory is being presented to customer

* Perform other duties as directed by President of Sales

**Qualifications**

* Proficient with Microsoft Excel. Pivot tables, V-Look ups, data manipulation

* Experience with reviewing and analyzing data
