Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive automation strategies as a Principal Enterprise Architect, aligning with business goals and technical capabilities.
- Leverage your in-depth knowledge of TOGAF to design and create architectural frameworks for automation initiatives.
- Provide industry, technology and market expertise and thought leadership to support and guide business decisions around strategic investments for the assigned product family
- Decompose complex business strategies into initiatives relatable to each product family and product capabilities, to enable efficient architecture road mapping and solutions
- Work across organizational silos to resolve dependencies and accelerate product architecture and solution decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation, streamline processes, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Apply your expertise in EA principles to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions into existing systems and workflows.
- Lead the evaluation and selection of emerging automation technologies, including RPA and AI/ML, based on business requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to development teams, ensuring compliance with architectural standards and best practices.
- Define governance and security practices for automation initiatives, ensuring adherence to industry regulations.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented automation solutions, making continuous improvements as necessary.
- Share your knowledge and insights on automation and EA principles across the organization to foster innovation and best practices.
