REGIONAL SALES MANAGER

What you ll be doing:

The skills and expertise you will bring to the role:
- 5+ years of progressive sales and prospecting experience
- Packaging distribution sales experience strongly preferred
- "Roll-up your sleeves" mentality with a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit
- Self-motivated
- Strong business acumen; adept at comprehending and expressing the value, products, and services we offer
- Result orientation and high accountability mindset
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
- Detail-oriented with a high sense of urgency, strong time management skills and the ability to organize, prioritize and follow up are essential
- Solid technical skills, including CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to travel
