Advertising Operations Analyst
Quorum is a performance-based advertising platform that combines real-world audience data with analytics, tools and digital media channels. We bring the world of online and offline marketing together by integrating consumer data and advertising technology into a single cloud-based platform to understand, engage, and convert customers. Enabling true 360-degree omnichannel performance advertising across social, mobile, out of home, and all digital channels.
Quorum is looking to hire a full time Advertising Operations Analyst to our growing team. The Advertising Operations Analyst will be an integral member of our Account Management team, working across the company and with clients to manage campaign set up and onboarding, ensuring that campaign solutions are successful for clients.
The position is in-person at our headquarters in Burlington, VT. Some occasional travel may be required
RESPONSIBILITIES
Launch new campaigns and validate and verify accuracy and share results with client
Generate and analyze reporting to assist with client deliverables
Act as an operational team member, partnering with client facing team members
Develop, refine & implement workflows to optimize processes and output volume
Identify and document feature enhancements, working with an international engineering team
Engage directly with clients, finance, sales, operations & product/engineering resources as needed
Work with internal teams to facilitate operational processes for time sensitive projects
QUALIFICATIONS
1-4 years prior work experience in AdTech or related industries
Technically adept and comfortable quickly learning new platforms and processes
Strong multitasking capabilities, able to handle multiple tasks and timelines
Attention to detail, strong organizational and follow-through skills
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client service skills
Ability to collaborate well with teams across cultures
Proficiency with Excel required & proficiency with SQL preferred (not required)
BA/BS degree preferred
