**Job Title:** Shop Manager

**Job Summary:** You will be responsible for construction materials, equipment and warehouse personnel.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**

* Coordinate the shop orders from Engineers

* Pull materials from stock for projects and stage

* Get material list from Engineers and place orders when they need help

* Coordinate deliveries between vendors and superintendents to project sites (this will include fabrications)

* Deploy and schedule truck driver to project sites and coordinate with superintendents

* Input into a Google calendar the delivery schedule of all materials and tools

* Repair and maintenance of tools that are able to be repaired in house

* Send out tools for repair as needed

* Take material and tool orders from field and place orders to vendors

* Unload and load materials into the shop

* Keep shop organized and stocked with extra materials

* Develop inventory list of tools so we know what we own and a list of materials that we want to keep in stock

* Price out new tools needed and order tools

* Maintain all paperwork for the must have in toolbox data (SDS, Safety Book, FE, FWOs, FED papers

* Other duties assigned

**Qualifications:**

* 3+ years of warehouse and inventory responsibility in a construction environment

* Knowledge of tool repair

* Experience coordinating deliveries between vendors and superintendents to project sites

* Able to multi-task

* Good communication and organizational skills
