**Customer Service Coordinator**

Reporting to the Plant Controller, the Customer Service Coordinator provides administrative support functions to the Shipping Department and members of the leadership team. Primary responsibilities of the postion include:
* Invoicing all shipments
* Complete export paperwork when needed
* Maintain the shipping log spreadsheet
* Scan BOLs
* Assist the LTL Team when necessary
* Follow up with customer deliveries
* Verifying delivery receipts and matching orders
* Other duties as required
**Requirements**
Position requires an Associates Degree in Business or a comparable discipline and 4 years of experience in performing same or similar job function; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Candidates must have excellent computer and communication skills. Must be a team player, goal oriented, dependable, organized, and self-motivated.
