Pay: $100k/yr
Experience:
- 5+ years experience with lead and sales generation
- 3+ years sales experience in employee benefits, insurance, brokerage, or related field
Education: Bachelor s degree (preferred)
Type: Full-time; Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8am to 5pm
Greene Resources is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Identify, prospect, and close new business via referrals, networking sources, and organic prospect meetings
- Work closely with BDA s and/or marketing team to strategically nurture and cultivate prospects
- Close sales and meet quarterly and annual revenue goals
- Build rapport and business relationships quickly and effectively via face-to-face and phone, social media, blogs, and other opportunities
- Educate prospects on business trends, compliance, product evolution, and company value proposition
- Manage sales pipeline and sales activities via company database (Microsoft CRM)
- Attend association events and meetings based on targeted verticals
- Establish vendor relationships and develop referral sources
- Seek opportunities for speaking engagements with select association verticals
- Other duties as assigned
Position Requirements:
- Proficiency with PC and familiarity with database applications, Microsoft Office, and contact management tools
- Ability to forecast opportunities and penetrate new business daily
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Possess a great attitude, strong work ethic, be ethical, and punctual
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Possess highly effective consultative selling skills
- Effectively work in a team environment
