The Inside Sales role is essential to the success of the business. US Cutter is looking for a passionate and friendly sales representative to care for our valued customers. This role is remote with occasional team meetings (bi-monthly) in the Washington office.


A successful Inside Sales Representative will be able to answer our customer s needs quickly and with a deep knowledge of our product lines. Web sales are the largest segment of the business, and demands require a dedicated individual that is passionate about our products and likes interacting with our customers on the phone, via chat, email and in person. Our Sales Team members are self-starters, progressive, goal oriented, and take initiative to drive the business into the future.


A Inside Sales Representative with North American Plastics is expected to assist our customers by answering products questions and helping them make an informed buying decision. Through our sales phone line, sales ticket system, and 10-12 yearly trade shows we attend, our Sales Team members are the most important customer facing roles in the company.



Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Answer inbound sales calls

Answer Sales support tickets

Take orders over the phone

Draft quotes via email and ticketing systems

Interact with customers quickly and with a friendly and helpful attitude

Assess customers needs, provide assistance, and inform on product features

Educate customers on using our website, assist with account setup

Direct customers to equipment and products to fulfill their needs

Participate in Open House, Garage Sale, Trade Show planning, and other special events

Work the Redmond Retail Store as needed

Fulfill occasional will-call orders, and serve as cashier when needed.



Skills/Requirements:

Minimum of 1-year experience in a call center, or inside sales team. Equipment sales experience is a must

Ability to learn our products and sell them to prospective customers

Aptitude to quickly learn and navigate new technology systems and applications

Strong desire to go the extra mile to drive sales

Empathetic attitude for customers experiencing frustration with the deep learning curve of entry into the industry, and the desire to help them

Possesses strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

Able to independently manage time to work effectively, meet deadlines, and achieve goals

Attitude of continuous improvement both for self and the business (Lean)

Stable employment history with a track record of success

Physically able to lift heavy and/or awkward objects occasionally when fulfilling will-call orders.



Education:

Minimum High School Diploma
