As a business development firm, we have assisted our clients in expanding their mission to provide the best wireless phone, internet, and technology device services to those who qualify.


Our next Client Support Representative will be working with our client to engage with and offer solutions to our neighbors in the regional communities.


Client Support Representative Responsibilities:



  • Boost sales interactions by directly communicating client offerings and benefits to select community members in the local region
  • Utilize knowledge of client discounts and benefits to determine qualifications and identify potential consumers for the programs
  • Adequately explain wireless phone options, internet capabilities, qualified discounts, and bundling options with customers
  • Assist qualified candidates in the application process by communicating with client representatives and utilizing client-provided devices
  • Genuinely care about those in the community whom we are connecting with these services and provide the best customer service possible
  • Develop a strong understanding of client procedures and opportunities through entry-level training and working with other members of the customer service and sales teams
  • Discuss within teams regarding local experience and how we can adjust marketing tactics to service our consumers and clients better
