The Bakery Outlet Foreperson will work with limited supervision and is responsible for maintaining a safe and respectful work environment for our associates, vendors and customers.

Responsibilities include semi-routine duties involving customer service, inquiries and problem solving while maintaining positive customer relations. The Foreperson, will cash out customers, stock and remove outdated product to/from shelves. Enter and maintain records of customer purchases and prepares status reports using cash registers and/or computer systems. Work with outside vendors, sales representatives and internal departments with outlet transactions as required.

The Foreperson will also manage up to 5 associates, inclusive of managing associate timecards, training on time clocks, cash handling and compliance training. The Foreperson will be responsible for addressing associate issues and escalating to management as appropriate.

Additional responsibilities & duties as assigned by Supervisor.

**Job Requirements**

**Qualifications:**

* Experience in customer service is preferred

A combination of education, training and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted.

Perform cash handling activities, including reconciliation of daily receipts.

Effective communication skills.

Ability to perform inventory and record on-hands and available stock.

Be able to stand for long periods of time, stoup and bend to perform tasks within the outlet to stock/unstock shelves.

Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. of product.
