Job Summary

Position will be based in our Corporate Headquarters, located in Tampa, FL. The Dispatcher position is responsible for handling inbound customer requests quickly and efficiently, while simultaneously entering requests into computer to be dispatched out.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Scheduling and creating all service calls as they are received
  • Working through all external/internal call center emails as they are received
  • Working closely with technicians/supervisor/CSA's regarding scheduled work getting completed or rescheduled
  • Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and obtaining customer feedback and reporting to management and supervisors when needed
  • Performing all duties within a timely manner
  • Other related tasks as the company deems necessary and/or assigns
Qualifications and Skills:
  • 2+ Yrs. customer service experience with inbound calls, required
  • 2+ Yrs. experience in elevator industry, preferred
  • 2+ Yrs. of dispatching experience, preferred
  • Excellent communicator, with the ability to problem solve, execute quickly, follow up, and prioritize.
  • Ability to translate the needs of the customer to the technician, and vice versa
  • Intuitive and quick learner
  • Confident and courteous, with a positive attitude
  • Passion for customer service and satisfaction
  • Ability to work independently through self-motivation, as well as being a collaborative team player
  • Ability to work and communicate efficiently with all levels of colleagues, clients, and other external contacts
Requirements:
  • Proficient in Microsoft products
  • Excellent typing skills
Education:
  • High School Diploma, preferred
