Driver Pay Rates- Annually drivers average $70,000 with our top drivers earning $80,000+
- Monday - Friday Daily Pay: $280
- Saturday and Sunday Daily Pay: $300
- Daily Inspection Pay: $13/hr
- Winter "Chip Out" (Nov. 1st - Feb. 28th): $20/per event
- Orientation
- Daily minimum pay when in training
- Wait Time: Starts after 90 minutes
- Loading/Unloading
- Non-Driving Rate

- Rider Policy: after 90 days

- Simplified Orientation: Starts online and concludes at your local terminal
Up to a $3,100 bonus per driver referral:- $50 every week of your referred driver's first year
- $500 bonus when your referred driver hits 3-months
Work & Route- Average Miles: 400 to 600 a day
- Driving Region: sale barns and farmer feeders in WI, MN, IA, IL, and MI
- Hiring Area: within 30 miles of Green Bay terminal
- More than Driving: the job requires coordinating load info with the plants, dispatch, and feed lots; drivers must also ensure the safe, humane handling of livestock.

CDL-A Shuttle/Short-haul/Local Truck Driver Requirements:- At least 21 years old
- CDL-A with 6 months tractor trailer experience
- Must have 48 -53' tractor trailer experience
- Mentor and Training programs are available for drivers with less than 6 months of experience
