**Customer Care Representative - Work from Home**

We are currently looking for a highly motivated, committed, and professional work-from-home Customer Care Representative who has a strong desire to become a part of a winning team! AND Agency is in fact dedicated to getting the job done, but we encourage having fun while doing it!
About the role:
The Customer Care Representative will be responsible for handling a large volume of calls, conducting telephone screening on a variety of both inbound/outbound callers. This is not your typical call center role, we offer fun staff, dedicated leadership, and a wonderful learning environment. We also offer:

Requirements:
* Must reside in San Antonio, TX or within a 30 minute radius.
* Quiet, noise-free home office space that is free of distractions.
* Clear speaking phone voice.
* Computer navigation skills
* Access to a desktop or laptop to complete the Onboarding process only (if selected)
* Existing internet speed of 50MB or higher (Ethernet, no wireless) No landline required.
* Equipment will be provided upon hire.
