Role and Responsibilities: Manage multiple social media channels by: Developing, curating, and managing relevant and compelling visuals and copy to reach our target audiences Writing unique, engaging content for individual channels Creating and editing video content for social, as well as coordinating social needs with the Video Team Collaborating with a graphic designer to create strong visual strategies Connecting face-to-face with our audience and Ministry Partners while gathering content and stories at various events Monitoring, listening, and responding to online audiences Expanding our online social media community and engagement Analyzing campaign effectiveness based on ROIs and adapting strategy as needed Monitoring trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy Skills and Qualifications Needed: Proven work experience in social media marketing B.S. Degree in Marketing or Communications Superior consulting, writing, editing, and communication skills Social Media Specialist Enthusiastic and positive, with the ability to use discernment and have flexibility while working alongside a diverse marketing team and Ministry Partners Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and how each platform can be utilized in different scenarios Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop relationships that build trust and influence Deadline-driven with strong time management skills Proactive, self-motivated and detail-oriented Can easily transition between projects and multitask Highly organized and adaptable to shifting priorities The ability to stay mission-minded and balance a big-picture strategy with day-to-day responsibilities Demonstrates personal creativity and immersion in the social media world, evidenced by personal and professional profiles Photography and video production skills preferred Atlanta-based position#J-18808-Ljbffr
