Key Responsibilities:

- Fabrication Operations:
- Manage day-to-day fabrication activities, including the operation of laser equipment.

- Implement best practices to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Equipment Maintenance:
- Monitor and coordinate routine maintenance and repairs of fabrication equipment.
- Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to ensure equipment reliability and uptime.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction.
- Lead initiatives to improve production methods and implement new fabrication technologies as the company expands.
- Quality Assurance:
- Maintain stringent quality control measures to produce high-quality products.
- Implement quality assurance procedures and audits.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Promote a strong safety culture, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with safety officers to address any safety concerns or incidents.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in fabrication operations.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong background in laser equipment operation is preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Knowledge of other fabrication technologies is a plus.
