Job Description
Cloud Strategy and Management:
- Has experience with cloud services, monitoring performance, and ensuring high availability of critical systems.
- Experience with cloud resource usage to reduce costs while maintaining operational efficiency.
M&A Integration:
- IT integration efforts during M&A activities, ensuring a seamless transition of systems and data.
- Works with cross-functional teams to define integration strategies and timelines.
- Has experience mitigating risks related to IT integration and compliance.
IT Infrastructure Management:
- Has experience maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networking, and storage systems.
- Has experience working on the reliability, security, and performance of all IT systems.
- Developed disaster recovery and business continuity plans
Team Leadership:
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
- Be a part of a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages skill development and knowledge sharing.
Vendor Management:
- Work with external vendors and service providers to ensure seamless operation of IT services.
- Has experience working with vendor performance and negotiating contracts to optimize costs.
Cybersecurity and Compliance:
- Enforce IT security policies and practices to protect sensitive data and maintain regulatory compliance.
- Be up to date on industry best practices and emerging technologies to mitigate potential threats.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in cloud technology and cloud service providers - Azure
- Experience managing IT systems during M&A activities.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Has leadership and team management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Has strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Has solid problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
