Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets in a similar role, preferably in-home sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
- Experience in the home improvement or construction industry is a plus
