The Specialist, Delivery Operations role is responsible for leading and providing direction, solutions and education for their job function, in Delivery Operations which includes Procurement, Fulfillment and Personalization, Statement and Letters Capabilities, Material Intake/Review, Capability Servicing and Accuracy Review, and Strategic Sourcing. The Specialist collaborates with key stakeholders, internal customers, clients, and vendors to develop proactive solutions that manage costs, reduces risk and provide a competitive advantage. The Specialist takes initiative on creating an environment that teaches and educates associates by providing feedback and guidance. This role will lead training and onboarding of new associates.

Distinctions:

Letters/Statements - Manages complex escalated issues and their resolutions initiated either as the result of a specific client request or the identification of an issue through other internal sources. Communicates both with brand partners and internal partners at various levels of the business. Drives proactive solutions based on historical trends and ensures information is used within team. Maintains productive and successful working relationships with internal and external partners. Facilitates key learning sessions for team, designed to identify issue duplicity, reoccurrence and general repetitive trends. **Essential Job Functions**

*Process and Project Management* - Actively evaluates current processes and procedures for improvements and efficiencies ; leads the efforts to improve them when appropriate. Provides solutions to problems encountered in the work. Works with ambiguity and collaborates appropriately. Works with other areas of the organization to determin e how best to utilize and interface with the team. Leads exploratory efforts and the investigation of new issues, programs, projects, products, verticals and processes.

*Documentation/Quality Assurance* - Leads effort to create and modify the documentation of content for internal and external use. Works directly with Compliance and Legal to incorporate any regulatory changes that impact the area. Escalates issues and risks to timelines and provides solutions to keep projects on track. Actively communicates updates and enhancements to business partners and the team.

*Relationship Management* - Actively cultivates strong working relationships with all points of contact and their associated teams, internal teams, clients and third-party vendors . Partners with resources across legal, compliance and various business units to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. Provides guidance on their capabilities and maintains business perspective in the face of challenges and pro-actively contributes to building a high-performing and positive team atmosphere. Recognized as an expert in own area within the organization.

*Forecasting Planning and Risk Management* -Develops best practices through industry research and direct interactions with partners. Leads training and education efforts for the impact areas. **Working Conditions/ Physical Requirements:** Normal office environment; some travel may be required (up to 15% annually)

**Minimum Qualifications** :

High School Diploma or equivalent education

Three or more years Financial Services Industry or Operations

**Preferred Experience:**

Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Information Technology

Five or more years experience in Financial Services Industry or Operations

Two or more years experience with Leading initiatives or client facing responsibilities
