We are searching for seasoned professionals working in diverse target markets including residential, commercial, industrial, institutional and government sectors. Regionally acknowledged for our client service to the land development community, we seek a progressive leader to guide our technical staff.
Working in concert with our management team, we are looking not only for someone in production, but also business development, mentoring, client service and working collaboratively with all our offices.
Education and skills:
- Licensed professional engineer in Maryland
- 7+ years of increasingly responsible project management experience in civil engineering that includes design of residential and commercial land development, institutional and municipal/county government projects.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess project needs and deliver client solutions.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Engaging verbal/written communication skills and ability to comfortably interact with people from all kinds of backgrounds.
- Business development experience with ability to establish/nurture connections with influencers representing our target markets.
