We've been in business for over 27 years here in Las Vegas, and we currently have an open DISPATCHER position! Prior experience in the home services industries is a plus.
Qualifications:- Must have min 3-5 years experience with the position in which you are applying.
- Able to pass drug test / background check.
- Must have valid driver's license.
- Work well with people.
- Team player.
- Some overtime and on call duties at times.
- Must have experience with email correspondence with clients, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, general data entry, phone etiquette.
Looking for candidate with experience in the following type job duties:- Routing and dispatching of technicians to ensure timeliness, customer satisfaction, and profitable jobs.
- Answer phones and communicate with clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Correspond with client and vendors via email and texting in professional manner.
- Assist with inventory counts and tracking.
- Assist with preparing and presenting quotes to clients.
- Lite experience with Excel.
- Able to handle fast paced environment.
- Multi-Tasking abilities.
