Aperio Global is seeking highly skilled Technical Support Specialists II to join our dynamic team in an upcoming program. The ideal candidate will be experienced in deploying VoIP equipment, migrating from the legacy telecommunication platform, replacing end-of-life desktop equipment, and supporting high-visibility projects. Shift Schedule: 8:00am - 4:30pm and 8:30am - 5:00pm (with occasional off-hours work)

Travel Requirement: This position will require regular work in Dulles, VA and Crystal City, VA. Reliable transportation to travel between campuses is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot VoIP equipment and network systems.
  • Follow technical Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for deployment and maintenance.
  • Provide real hands-on experience in resolving technical issues.
  • Troubleshoot basic operating system problems and ensure smooth system operation.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members to resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Utilize ticketing systems to track and manage support requests.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including basic formatting and formula knowledge.
  • Occasionally work outside of normal business hours, not exceeding 40 hours per week.

Requirements

4+ years of experience as a Technical Support Specialist II.

Proficiency in installation, configuration, and basic network troubleshooting.

Physical ability to perform tasks such as climbing desks and lifting equipment.

Familiarity with ticketing systems.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including basic formatting and formula knowledge.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
