B Floral is seeking a talented and experienced Floral Designer to join our creative team. As a Floral Designer at B Floral you will play a pivotal role in bringing our clients' visions to life through the artistry of floral design. You will collaborate closely with our event design managers to understand our clients vision.

Responsibilities Include:
- Collaborate with the design team and event design managers to develop captivating, unique and intriguing designs for our clients.
- Arrange floral installations with precision and attention to detail, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and aesthetics.
- Assure that budget guidelines are being followed.
Desired Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Floral Designer, preferably in a high-end event design firm. (minimum of 5 years experience).
- Strong artistic ability and a keen eye for color, composition, and detail.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Experience pricing event elements.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on event schedules and requirements.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to lift and move heavy floral arrangements and equipment as needed.
