**Description**
**Master Electronics** has an exciting career opportunity for an **Electronics Assembler / Kitting** at the Germantown, WI location. This position is ideal for an individual who can prioritize and be quality outcome oriented. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail is essential.
**How you will spend your time:**
* Follow work instructions and technical drawings.
* Discern quality of parts and materials used in production.
* Inventory parts and tools used in the assembling process.
* Follow company procedures and directives.
* Test finished products for defects.
* Maintain the tools used to assemble products.
* Keep a clean and well-maintained workspace.
**Were excited if you have:**
* High school diploma or G.E.D., preferred
* 2+ years of experience in a production/assembly environment, required
* Quality control experience in a production/assembly environment, preferred
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, required
* Experience using hand tools (Crimpers a plus)
* Sustain long term attention to detail
* Role-related accuracy and task follow-through
* Ability to change focus in an effective, timely and professional manner
* Ability to clearly communicate regarding work instructions
* Ability to work well in time-sensitive situations where customer satisfaction is the ultimate goal
* Team-oriented operating style with effective interpersonal skills
* Basic computer skills
**Schedule:** Monday Friday First shift
