Position: Senior Structural Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned professional with extensive experience in structural design to take the lead of projects, mentor junior staff, and assist driving business development.
Required Qualifications:
- PE license
- Bachelor's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering or similar fields
- 8+ years of Structural Design experience
- Experienced in design with structural steel, conventional and post-tensioned concrete, masonry, high wind and seismic design.
- Project Management experience preferred
- Strong AutoCAD, Revit, RISA, RAM, math, geometry, and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication with project managers and clients or other key stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
