Position Summary

This position will participate in the full cycle recruiting process with an emphasis on sourcing and attracting top talent while working with a collaborative and supportive team. We want a team member who can integrate ITS Logistics brand strategy, culture, and vision into all recruitment activities and platforms.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Leverage a variety of social media platforms.
  • Complete the full hiring process of employees: advertisements, qualifying resumes, scheduling interviews, verifying work-history and references, and tracking of new possible candidates.
  • Conduct targeted outreach. Establish attractive emails and outreach materials to engage candidates.
  • Explore job boards and candidate database services.
  • Work closely with marketing to establish, sell, and recruit high quality team members.
  • Hit staffing deadlines to meet headcount expectations.
  • Work closely with local Universities and other workforce agencies.
  • Utilize job boards to locate resumes and qualified candidates.
  • Strategize different ways to build talent pipeline, generate referrals, build ad campaigns, etc.
  • Build and execute sourcing strategies.
  • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Build and maintain network of potential candidates through dedicated market research and ongoing relationship management.
  • Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives, including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques.
  • Partners with leaders in all business units to ensure all staffing needs are met.

Position Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess a demonstrated record of accomplishment in supporting a recruiting function in a fast-paced and multi-faceted environment. We re looking for a candidate with an uncommon balance of creativity and drive, along with interpersonal savvy and basic analytics. 1-3 years recruiting experience preferred.
