Well established client with strong hold in the motion control industry is seeking to add to their dynamics team. ENCODER knowledge and experience is MANDITORY!! This person will act as the primary technical point of contact between customers, Sales Managers, and design teams. This role involves offering technical assistance for customized designs, collaborating closely with engineers.
Responsibilities include:
- Crafting and delivering comprehensive product presentations and demonstrations.
- Providing extensive support to existing and prospective clients, including troubleshooting and overseeing installations.
- Developing and executing sales plans and targets.
- Maintaining meticulous customer relationship management records utilizing available technology.
- Prioritizing tasks effectively, both in daily operations and special projects.
- Fostering a collaborative team environment, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless sales management and customer support.
- Ability to travel up to 70% of the time
Experience
- Seasoned in technical sales management and support with proficiency in OEM account management.
- Skilled in rapid issue identification and technical troubleshooting.
- Strong communicator with adept presentation skills.
- Proven ability to engage with diverse stakeholders, including customers, across different functions.
