YOUR IMPACT

The New Market Entry Manager is a key member of the AMERICAS regional team. The region has responsibility across 130+ restaurants and works closely with APAC and EMEA regions. A great New Market Entry Manager is a collaborative and energetic relationship-builder with strong operational know how and ability to drive KPIS such as SSSG, Brand Audits and guest satisfaction scores. The New Market Entry Manager will take ownership of the market entry training, launch and on going support of the Puerto Rico market.


WHAT YOU LL DO

  • Lead New Market Entry training for Store Teams in the AMERICAS region and provide project support for New Market Entries including Puerto Rico and future market expansions.
  • Support existing markets to provide on the job training interventions, coaching and support on key operational projects
  • Collaborate with other Departments to ensure new stores are set up for success.
  • Travel regularly (50-70%) to Brand Partner restaurants within region to provide appropriate coaching, training, education, and development tools. These visits also serve to ensure brand protection in all areas.
  • Collaborate with Brand Partner Store Teams to safeguard proper standards regarding effective restaurant operations, guest experience, safe food handling and implementation of training programs for management and team members.
  • Recognize challenges and recommend solutions to create efficiencies within restaurants.
  • Other duties as assigned such as new equipment training, collating of key metrics during trials, supporting the QSC brand audit program across the region and creation of standard operating procedures for new equipment and processes.
  • Travel required to new emerging markets, Puerto Rico primarily, but also including Canada and Mexico.

  • Frequent use of a computer and other technology essential to the successful completion of your everyday role responsibilities.
  • Frequent use of mental energy while working with Restaurant teams in New Market Entry training, Ops Excellence Checks & training in new processes.
  • Routine use of physical energy while traveling throughout the region including some extended stays of a few weeks in New Markets across the AMERICAS region.
  • Able to work both independently and Collaboratively.
