Job Details
* One (1) year of experience in telephone switchboard, multi-line phone system, and/or customer service preferred.
* Must be fluent in English, bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus.
* Must be PC literate and able to type 30 wpm.
* Must be detail oriented.
* Must be able to sit for entire shift.
* Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses.
Receive and accurately route phone calls through the property's telephone system in a timely, professional, and friendly manner.
Job Functions
* Answer incoming calls on console and accurately direct calls to appropriate extensions/parties.
* Greet and respond to guests' requests in a friendly, courteous manner.
* Maintain a complete knowledge of emergency procedures.
* Receive and log all emergency calls and direct to security and/or facility maintenance departments.
