Job purpose
Trajan Estate is an estate planning law firm that focuses exclusively on helping clients with both basic and advanced planning needs. We are the first non-lawyer owned law firm approved under the new Arizona Supreme Court Alternative Business Structure and work exclusively with our sister company, Trajan Wealth, to also address our clients' financial and tax planning needs.
Duties and responsibilities
- Conduct client meetings to identify client objectives and make appropriate recommendations
- Design standard and advanced estate plans
- Draft estate planning documents
- Update existing estate plans
- Adopt systematic and innovative approach to providing estate planning services
- Encourage clients to address their financial planning as an important part of their estate planning
- Ability to successfully collaborate with other members of the Trajan Estate and Trajan Wealth team
- Partner closely with financial advisors from our sister company, Trajan Wealth, to integrate clients' estate and financial planning
Qualifications - Licensed attorney in good standing in the State of Arizona
- Minimum 3 years estate planning experience
- WealthDocx experience preferred
- Public speaking skills / experience
- Sales or trial experience preferred
Working conditions - Work is performed indoors in a climate-controlled environment. Travel between our AZ offices is required.
Benefits - $100,000 / year base salary
