**Description**
**Job Requirements:**
Under general supervision of a Plumbing Technician, the Helper assembles, installs, inspects, alters, renovates, maintains and repairs pipes, fittings, and fixtures of HVAC, water, and drainage systems, according to specifications and plumbing codes.
* Investigate and analyze all types of plumbing, heating, and drainage calls, and satisfy them in a timely cost-effective manner.
* Must be customer oriented with the ability to use good judgment and solve problems.
* Complete paperwork in a legible and efficient manner.
* Communicate adequately and appropriately with the customer.
* All other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications:**
* HS Diploma or equivalent is required.
* Plumbing certification and/or training from an accredited technical school is preferred.
* A working understanding of plumbing standards, rules, regulations and safety standards.
* Ability to read and interpret blue-prints is desirable.
