Founded in 1961 by Andr and Coqueline Courr ges, the Courr ges house revolutionised the world of fashion and design. Movement, purity, colour, light... such are the hallmarks and distinctive style that Courr ges began asserting as early as 1965 with the emphasis on structured lines and the focus on white, before branching into colour variations and new materials, such as vinyl. Eminently optimistic and full of energy, Courr ges has blazed a trail in every field where it has ever dared to venture.

The revival of this legendary brand is now taking on a new dimension with the decision to change the positioning strategy for its fashion, accessories and perfume activities. It is still focused on its mission of continually offering a growing range of innovative and modern designs in keeping with the brand's original ideals.

The Courr ges project has been taking a new turn in 2020 with the appointment of Adrien Da Maia as the CEO and Nicolas Di Felice as the Artistic Director to write a successful new chapter for this legendary Maison.

Under the impulse of Nicolas Di Felice, Courr ges is currently experiencing strong growth of its fashion and fragrance activities.


Courr ges will open its second store in the USA in May in South Coast Plaza, Costa Mesa. We are recruiting an entire team for this exciting project!

Main duties of this position will be the following:


Greeting:

  • Welcome, identify and fullfill different needs from demanding customers, directing them throughout the store
  • Build relationships with customers by giving personal and suited advice, show passion for fashion products and complete understanding of current Courr ges collections
  • Contribute to the development of brand image by providing a unique and pretigious customer service and after-sale service experience
  • Demonstrate generosity and anticipate client s needs: umbrella storage, assisting boutique guests with beverage service, escorting clients to the door or car with shopping bags if necessary
  • Be able to provide basic information about the neighborhood, store services and other customer inquiries

Selling:

  • Actively participate in sales development and achievement of targets and KPIs set by the Store Director
  • Master cash register processes and carry out all required transactions
  • Enhance the brand image by providing the quality standards of our Maison
  • Create an atmosphere of helpfulness and cooperation and handle all difficult situations with grace and composure

Merchandising & operations:

  • Place the products on the sales floor and ensure appropriate level of products in line with the brand policy, help in the shipment process of sales
  • Ensure a visual display of the products in accordance with the merchandising guidelines
  • Contribute in maintaining full cleanliness of the sales floor and quality of products


Profile:


2 to 3-year professional experience in a similar role in fashion/ready-to-wear or at least in commissioned selling environment, and clienteling

Adaptability

Team-player

Strong fashion culture and product sensitivity, as well as client experience

A second language will be appreciated
