The Plant Manager, an adept leader with exceptional decision-making prowess, will spearhead plant operations. This pivotal role involves orchestrating the seamless consolidation of custom injection molding operations from the facility to their plant. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in this transition and eventually take the reins of operations at the monumental mega plant upon completion of the relocation.

Focus:
- Lead the end-to-end management of manufacturing operations at both the Harrison and Siloam Springs plants, ensuring a smooth transition during the consolidation phase and subsequent operational excellence at the new location.
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- Oversee the meticulous consolidation of operations, leveraging your experience and insights to navigate challenges, streamline processes, and meet timelines effectively.
- Maintain a laser focus on customer satisfaction throughout the transition, upholding production standards, and ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
- Prioritize and enforce stringent safety standards within the plant, fostering a culture of safety consciousness among all team members.
Skill Set:
- A minimum of 10+ years in a leadership role within manufacturing plant operations.
- Demonstrated expertise with over 10+ years in custom injection molding manufacturing, showcasing a deep understanding of the intricacies of the field.
- Proven ability to lead, make well-informed decisions, and effectively communicate directives to operational staff.
- A track record of successfully overseeing plant consolidation projects, navigating complexities, and ensuring a seamless transition.
