Position Overview:

As a Research Associate specializing in cell biology, you will play a vital role in our research and development efforts. You will be responsible for the design, execution, and analysis of cell-based and biochemical experiments to support the in vitro discovery program. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with state-of-the-art laboratory equipment and contribute to the development of novel therapeutics and diagnostics.


Responsibilities:

  • Design and perform in vitro experiments using sterile culture technique to analyze the in vitro activity of Flux s therapeutic molecules
  • Optimize and troubleshoot bioanalytical assays to ensure accurate and reproducible results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support research projects and provide expertise in Flux s in vitro discovery program.
  • Interpret and present experimental data, both internally and externally, and contribute to scientific publications and presentations.
  • Stay informed about the latest advancements and emerging technologies related to Western blotting and protein analysis.
  • Maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation, ensuring compliance with protocols and quality standards.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new methodologies and technologies in the field of in vitro pharmacology.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant scientific discipline such as biochemistry, molecular biology, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of tissue culture principles, aseptic techniques, and quality control in cell culture.
  • Familiarity with techniques for cell characterization, such as immunocytochemistry, flow cytometry, functional assays, and gene expression analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with bioanalytical techniques, including sample preparation and immunoblotting.
  • Experience with other protein analysis techniques, such as ELISA, is a plus.
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis methods and data interpretation in the context of protein quantification.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot experimental issues and optimize protocols.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate laboratory records.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present data and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced research environment.
