Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role at Humanity Plus Homes Assisted Living Agency located in Chardon, OH. As a Residential Care Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of the residential care location, monitoring the residents' health and well-being, and ensuring that the individual receives appropriate care and support. Additionally, you will supervise and train the staff, manage the budget and resources, and maintain regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential care, healthcare management, or a related field
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Strong knowledge of Ohio State's rules and regulations regarding residential care services (preferred but not required)
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with staff, residents, and families from diverse backgrounds
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
• Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and compassion in a fast-paced and challenging work environment
