Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

**Position objective**

Responsible for the incoming and outgoing of materials, reagents, instruments or equipment to meet customer expectations which involve receiving, shipping, and inventory/material control. Responsibility will be in the Shipping department packaging all shipments to standards to be able to deliver our very best product.

**Job functions**

* Knowledge and experience using software (i.e. MS Office, etc.)

* Communicate and give clear, concise verbal and written instructions.

* Able to assist in achieving and maintaining 95% OTD (On Time Delivery).

* Able to receive, stock, and distribute inventory used in all areas of manufacturing.

* Able to perform all packaging functions (i.e. packing product according to customer specifications).

* Able to complete all paperwork as required including scorecards, hazard recognitions, routers, and data.

* Perform other tasks as assigned.

**Minimum qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent (i.e. GED).

* Experience working within a manufacturing is an asset.

* Must be computer savvy/literate.

* Must have math skills.

* Work overtime as assigned.

**Physical requirements**

* Lifting weight: Minimum of 35 pounds. Lifting requirement: Daily.

* Ability to sit at a computer for prolonged periods of time.

* Bending, lifting, sitting, standing, and twisting (90% of the day).

* Able to climb stairs (up to 2 stories).

* Good eye and hand dexterity.

**Position proficiencies**

* Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

* Maintain clean, neat, and safe work area.

* Detail oriented.

* Attendance and punctuality are an important part of this position.

* Must wear all PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) when performing tasks.

* Work independently as required.

* Tasks will be performed in a timely, efficient, and orderly manner to meet customer requirement.

* Must have clear and readable handwriting.

**Other requirements**

This position requires access to export-controlled commodities, technical data, technology, software, and services. U.S. citizenship, U.S. legal permanent resident status, protected person status, or U.S. Government export authorization is required. Any offer of employment is contingent upon Pall obtaining the necessary employment visa and export authorization, including, if required, an export license from the applicable U.S. government agency.

Must obtain forklift license when required.
