Your Responsibilities:

• Accounts Payable Mastery: Utilize Yardi to process reimbursements and conduct daily check runs, ensuring seamless financial operations.
• Journal Entry Precision: Record accurate and timely journal entries to maintain financial integrity.
• Cash Management Expertise: Oversee bank reconciliations and daily cash activities, making informed decisions to optimize financial performance.
• Financial Reporting Proficiency: Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, diving into complex entity structures to ensure precision.

Requirements:

• Educational Excellence: Hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, setting the foundation for your success.

• Industry Experience: With 2+ years in commercial real estate, you understand the intricacies of the sector.
