Job Title: Production Operator (Summer Help)

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Performance of various manual labor tasks in factory environment.
  • Follow established safety rules.
  • Must be willing and able to learn equipment operation from instruction and self-study.
  • Able to interpret verbal and written instructions.
  • Possess basic communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Open to shiftwork, weekends, and overtime as required.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • This is a temporary position for a fixed duration.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Positions are typically extended to students to assist with meeting school expenses.
  • Ability to meet the essential physical requirements of the position.
  • Maintain regular and predictable attendance.

Additional Information:
  • Shift: 1st or 2nd shift as assigned. Day shift is typically Monday - Thursday 5:15am - 3:45pm plus overtime and weekends as required. Swing shift is typically Monday - Thursday 3:45pm - 2:15am plus overtime and weekends as required.
  • Department: Joint Treatment

Pay rate: $24.80

Rate of pay may be adjusted based on the qualifications and experience of the candidate.
