As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing relationships, executing initiatives, and achieving sales targets. Here's what the role entails:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, nurture, plan, and execute new partner opportunities for AlumierMD.
- Ensure successful onboarding of each new account to surpass predetermined objectives.
- Effectively communicate AlumierMD's unique business offerings and brand promise.
- Cultivate a deep understanding of our products and brand positioning.
- Maintain accurate territory information and adhere to reporting and regulatory requirements.
- Strategically utilize product samples and travel budgets.
- Expand opportunities within existing accounts and drive account development through various initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing efforts and actively participate in business development initiatives.
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts while progressively building and expanding a pipeline.
- Build strong rapport with potential and existing partners.
- Deliver engaging presentations and prospecting materials.
- Implement our unique business model effectively.
- Plan and organize activities to ensure comprehensive coverage of assigned territory.
- Manage territory effectively through strategic selling efforts.
- Ensure alignment of sales activities with territory development objectives.
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager (RSM) and support team members to contribute to future strategies and sales development plans.
- Utilize social media platforms and cold-calling techniques to generate opportunities.
- Maintain exceptional knowledge of our brand and competitors for effective positioning.
- Deliver micro-teaches on various aspects of our product range.
- Monitor and track sales within practices, offering mentorship and commercial insights.
- Implement effective merchandising strategies within medical practices.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales goals.
Requirements:
- Two or more years of successful medical sales/practice management or relevant experience and two or more years of general sales experience in a parallel market
- Excellent presentation skills
- Valid driver s license
- Must reside within the territory
- Ability to travel up to 80%, including occasional weekends as necessary
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, other software skills, and virtual meeting platforms
- Familiarity with CRM software
