You Are:

  • with a Bachelors degree in business, marketing, communication, or a related field
  • for 2+ years of consultative sales experience with a documented track record of success
  • for 1+ year of sales enablement experience leading complex enablement projects
  • individual with excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • to work independently, lead collaboratively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • in identifying seller knowledge gaps and developing custom content to address them
  • in LMS and CRM (MS Dynamics is preferred) systems, alongside additional sales enablement tools/platforms
  • (English and Spanish) - highly desirable
  • to travel up to 25%

You Want To:

  • Sales Onboarding programs to ensure new hires are equipped with the appropriate knowledge and skills to be successful
  • and mentor new and tenured sellers on best practices, including leveraging the MEDDPICC framework for efficient and value-focused qualification
  • trust and foster open and honest communication with sales leadership to gather valuable insights on sellers progression and areas of opportunity within our sales enablement programs
  • and maintain impactful sales collateral (i.e. Presentations, case studies, sales playbooks, etc.) ensuring clear and consistent messaging within the LMS
  • adoption of SoftServe s selling tools to optimize seller efficiency
  • and build strong relationships across SoftServe s internal teams including Sales Leadership, Marketing, BizOps, Pre-Sales, CoE, Field Alliances and others.
  • backend administrative tools to support various sales enablement initiatives, ensuring smooth program execution
  • to the planning and delivery of on-site team meetings and SoftServe s annual Sales Kick Off
