Helpdesk Specialist- Tier 2

  • Onsite in Boston, Contract- Potential for extension and/or conversion
  • Preferred: Entry-Level position, Related bachelor's degree, some experience in desktop & AV support


Must Haves:

  • 1-3+ years of experience of end-user support experience or recent college graduate in Computer Science or a related field
  • Experience with Windows 10 (prefers some MAC experience if possible)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365
  • Experience creating workstation images
  • Some AD (basic level changing passwords)
  • Experience deploying Windows patches and security fixes.
  • Some AV experience (support conference rooms)
  • Associate degree or its equivalent is required
  • Strong customer service skills, and communication, verbal and written
