Legal Administrator


Job Details

TrustPoint.One has partnered with a DC Law Firm in their search for a Legal Administrative Assistant with Sanctions experience.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Provide support to timekeepers and the legal admin team

Draft, edit, and redline legal documents

Prepare new client matter intake forms

Process invoices and travel expenses

Maintain and organize paper and electronic files

Compile exhibits and notebooks

Assist with e-filing and billing

Manage calendars and schedule meetings and travel

Assist fellow team members where needed

All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time


Qualifications:

Bachelor's (preferred)

5+ years of litigation experience (sanctions experience a plus!)

a positive attitude and desire to be a part of a managed team

ability to prioritize competing projects and work efficiently within a group and independently

ability to work well under pressure

flexible and collaborative attitude with ability to work overtime as needed

Experience with: Microsoft Office, ChromeRiver, Billstream
