We are seeking a Commercial Construction Superintendent for a direct-hire opportunity in Southern, CA
- This position offers full benefits, including PTO, Medical, and 401k!
- Salary is between $100k- $135/k based on experience.
- Mon to Friday, occasional Saturdays
- Work consists primarily of Ground up Gas Stations with fueling, Restaurants, TIs, and Starbuck renovations ($500k to 5 million project worth).
Responsibilities for Construction Superintendent:- Coordinate with subcontractors responsible for each activity and ensure a clear understanding of their project responsibilities per the contract.
- Onsite supervision to promptly answer any questions subcontractors have.
- Verify project plans have all the needed stamps. (Health, City Building, MEP, ETC)
- Assist with obtaining required permits and licenses.
- Work with General Super and PM to create project schedule.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications for Construction Superintendent:- 5-10+ years of commercial construction Superintendent experience
- Must possess ground-up commercial construction and remodeling experience.
- Ground up Gas Stations with fueling, Restaurants, TIs, and Starbuck renovations experience highly preferred.
- Current OSHA 10or abovecertification is a plus.
- Familiar with Bluebeam, MS Project, or Microsoft Excel is a plus.
