Position: Change Management Consultant, Digital Transformation Curriculum Development
Location: REMOTE in San Antonio, TX or Findlay, OH (with occasional travel into the office as needed)
Duration: 6-month contract (extensions possible)
Hours: Monday-Friday; 8am-5pm
Pay Rate: $50-70/hour (depending on experience)
Must Haves:
- 5+ years of business/technology transformation project experience as a change manager
- Curriculum development/learning development experience for digital transformation initiatives
- Prosci Change Management Certification AND/ OR CCMP (Certified Change Manager Professional)
- Great communication and able to work with different team cultures
- Experience building out persona-based training curriculum
Day-to-Day:
Insight Global is looking for a Change Manager with business/technology transformation project experience and specific learning development experience to support efforts within the Digital Transformation Group. The Change Manager will apply structured methodology and lead change management activities across numerous strategic initiatives with a primary focus on building out a persona-based training curriculum for the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver a persona-based training curriculum for Digital Transformation Initiatives.
- Create and execute actionable deliverables required such as (but not limited to): change management plans, impact assessments, communications plans, and training plans.
- Consult and coach business and IT teams in understanding and using change management framework and practices.
- Guide teams through standard and specialized change management activities, with the intention of supporting the adoption of new ways of working, while raising the knowledge and awareness of business unit leaders in change management.
IG Consultants: While on contract, you will be an Insight Global employee working for a particular company/end client on W2.
- Pay Day: You will be paid out each Friday and one week in arrears. This means you will receive payment for this week s hours next Friday.
- Holidays/Time Off: While a consultant through Insight Global, the hours you work are they hours you will be paid. We do not offer paid sick days, paid time off, or paid holidays, except as required by applicable law.
