Fire on the Mountain - Highlands is currently looking for an experienced Part Time PM Line Cook! We are a family-owned, fast-paced restaurant specializing in Buffalo Wings and craft beer. We also serve salads, chicken sandwiches, and burgers, as well as plentiful vegetarian and vegan options including seitan and cauliflower wings. We are an extremely high-volume restaurant, so we are looking for cooks with several years of line cook experience in a busy environment. While we do work extremely hard, we also value work-life balance, as happy people usually are more pleasant to work with!
