Resource Employment Solutions is looking for a full cycle recruiter to join our team in the greater Chicago area. This is an onsite role based at a client location in Des Plaines. The hours are from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Source and identify candidates for open positions through various channels including calls, Internet job boards, Internet data research, resume databases, associations, networking, and more.
Evaluate candidates resumes against job requirements and qualify candidates through detailed interviews and assessing skills and technical abilities as required.
Prepare candidate presentation to customer including standard resume formatting, interview preparation, setting rate expectation with candidate, timeline to start, debriefs, etc.
Hire and on-board selected candidates for assignment.
Proactively markets qualified candidates to customer requirements and profiles.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the department Director.

QUALIFICATIONS:

A minimum of 2 years experience recruiting for Light Industrial or Skilled Trade positions.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with temp, temp-to-hire, and direct hire placements.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Must be proficient with personal computers and MS Office 365.
Experience working with Bullhorn ATS is a HUGE plus.
Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not mandatory.

SCHEDULE AND PAY:

Flexibility is requested and it may include Weekends, Nights, Holidays, extended shifts to accomplish goals and needs.
$55,000 / yearly
