Position Overview: We are currently seeking a motivated and talented Civil Engineer to join the dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have up to 5 years of experience in Civil Engineering, with a strong educational background in Civil Engineering. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects across different sectors, contributing to the growth and success of our firm.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project teams to design and execute engineering plans, drawings, and specifications.
- Conduct site visits and assessments, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and project requirements.
- Perform calculations, analysis, and simulations to support project designs and evaluations.
- Assist in project management activities, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project objectives are met.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance project delivery and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Up to 5 years of experience in Civil Engineering, preferably in a consulting or engineering firm.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant tools.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or willingness to pursue licensure is a plus.
- Local to the Houston area or willingness to relocate.
